Formulation number 1

Ingredients

  • Apple cider vinegar – 1/2 cup
  • Ginger juice – 1/2 cup
  • Garlic juice – 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 cup
  • Honey – 1/2 cup

Preparation method

  • Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic juice, and ginger juice into a frying pan, and mix well.
  • Boil the mixture at low flame until it remains 1/3 of its original quantity.
  • Add honey once it becomes cool and mix them well.
  • Store it in a glass bottle.

How to consume it: Take the mixture 1 tbsp. every day before breakfast and don’t eat anything for at least 30 minutes.

Formulation number 2

This formulation is well-known to remove all the blockages in the vessels from head to toe in the body.

Ingredients

  • 1 gram cinnamon powder
  • 10 grams black pepper
  • 10 grams Tej Patra
  • 10 grams walnut
  • 10 grams flaxseed
  • 10 grams Misri (rock sugar)
  • 10 grams magaz seed (melon seed kernels which are pumpkin, cucumber, watermelon, and cantaloupe)

Preparation method

  • Grind all these contents and make powder. Divide all the contents into 10 packets.

How to consume it: Take the 1 packet daily with an empty stomach and don’t eat anything for at least 1 hour.

Formulation number 3

It is also known as Nitric oxide breakfast. This is based on the talk of Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chaudhary. As per his claim, only three days of breakfast are good enough to bring down significant blood pressure. This formulation possibly works by the opening of the collateral arteries also known as Natural bypass.

Ingredients

  • Moong sprouts- 50 grams
  • Coconut- 50 grams (grated)
  • Almond- 20 grams (overnight soaked in the water)
  • Tomato- 1 large tomato (Chopped)
  • Beetroot- 1 medium size (small pieces)
  • Green chili- 1  piece  (Chopped)
  • Coriander leaf- a handful of leaves
  • Lemon Juice- form ½ or 1 piece

Preparation method

  • Mixed all the contents in a large bowl after adding the lemon juice.

How to consume it: One should consume it as breakfast at least for three days. One should measure their blood pressure before starting this breakfast and after three days of completion of the breakfast.
